Together in January
January can be tough. You are not alone. Get involved, look after your wellbeing, get help if you need it.
What is happening?
January is typically a tough time of year for many but this year, following months of lockdown and a Christmas that looks set to be different than usual, the first month of 2021 is likely to be even harder.
Together in January is a CALMtown initiative to encourage people in St Ives to stay connected to others in this difficult month, look after their wellbeing, and seek support if they need it.
How do I join in?
1. Leave up a set of Christmas lights to brighten up your street.
3. Talk to your neighbours. Maybe start a WhatsApp group for your street or arrange a chat in the front garden. Remember social distancing!
4. Put the Together in January poster in your window to show your support.
